Whatever challenging applications the future might bring, the MYC50’s triple-mode spray valve, film coating valve or needle jet handles them all while ensuring the highest levels of accuracy, quality and line utilization.
Advanced software-driven automation
Starting from an easy-to-use interface, the MYC50 gives users access to a powerful suite of process control capabilities. From bar-code traceability to fan width control, material temperature and material circulation heating, a wide range of parameters can be easily monitored to ensure stable process conditions. Automatic barcode scanning can also be programmed to execute functions including PCB transmission, rapid valve cleaning and multi-valve patterns for synchronous coating applications.
